Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Planet Marble Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Our Services

We supply, fabricate and install natural and engineered stone worktops. All work is carried out by our in-house team at our Bounds Green workshop. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Prices are subject to final measurement and material availability. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm any order, with the balance due prior to installation.

4. Natural Stone Variation

Natural stone is a product of nature. Colour, veining, and texture will vary between slabs and from samples shown. We cannot guarantee an exact match to any sample or image. This variation is inherent to natural stone and does not constitute a defect.

5. Installation

The customer is responsible for ensuring the kitchen units are level, secure, and ready for installation on the agreed date. Planet Marble accepts no liability for delays caused by third parties or site conditions beyond our control.

6. Warranty

We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on all installations. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed to the customer where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
